Free & Reduced Lunch Qualification
We ask that EVERY family fill out the school lunch forms every year - even if you don't think your family qualifies for free or reduced lunch. The information is very helpful in getting other funding as well. All information is strictly confidential.
- Fee Waiver Form(Consent to Share Eligibility) this form is required in order to waive ASB and Sports Fees for families that qualify for Free & Reduced Lunch
