Parent Square is an amazing communication platform that many schools are utilizing and LISD is launching it right now! Parents and guardians have received registration links in their emails. We’ve listened to parents, teachers, coaches, and students and a common issue was that we all need a unified way to have easy, two-way communication between families and staff. Schools are an ever-changing, dynamic environment and now more than ever we need effective and reliable communication that is consistent throughout our district. That’s where Parent Square comes in.

This unified communications platform is designed to keep parents and guardians informed and encourage greater engagement and connection with Lopez Island School District. It provides a safe way for district administrators, school principals, teachers, staff, and parents to:

All district and school, grade level and classroom information will now be sent to your computer or phone via email and/or text. If you would like texts on your phone from the school, you will need to make this change in the settings of your Parent Square account once you register.
