The health room at Lopez Island School District is located in the elementary office and is where students can receive basic medical care and support during the school day.
Staffed by a qualified medical personnel, the room is equipped to handle minor injuries, illnesses, and health-related concerns. It includes a clean and private area with a cot or bed for students who are feeling unwell, a sink and sanitary supplies for hygiene and first aid, and locked cabinets for medications and medical equipment. The health room serves as a safe, quiet environment where students can rest, take prescribed medications, receive routine health screenings, or wait for pickup if necessary.
